Teams & billing

Workspaces

Everyone starts with a personal workspace. Create a team workspace from the switcher in the dashboard header; invite by email and choose a role: admin (members, billing, integrations), member (record, edit, share), viewer (watch and comment). Invitations expire after 7 days and only work for the invited address.

Folders

Organize recordings into folders per workspace; deleting a folder keeps its recordings at the workspace root.

Plans

Free: 25 recordings, 10 minutes each, 25 analyses a month in Explain and Bug Report modes, Markdown and GIF exports. Pro: unlimited recordings, 60 minutes, all modes, 200 analyses a month, PDF/DOCX, integrations, API, 30 minutes of voiceover. Team: Pro per seat with pooled analyses, shared workspaces and roles. Usage

Billing → Usage shows recordings and analyses against your plan. You get a soft warning at 80% and are blocked at 110% with an upgrade prompt. Team analysis quotas pool across seats.

Payments

Card payments through Stripe; annual plans save ~20%. Manage or cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing.
